(A) It shall be the duty of the Building Inspector to see to the enforcement of all ordinance provisions relating to building or zoning and to inspect all buildings or structures being constructed or altered, as frequently as may be necessary to ensure compliance with the Village ordinances.

(B) The Building Inspector shall have the power to make or cause to be made an entry into any building or premises where the work of altering, repairing or constructing of any building or structure is going on for the purpose of making inspections at any reasonable hour.
