§ 131.31 INJURY OR DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully, maliciously or negligently break, deface, injury or destroy any property within the Village whether that property is owned by the state, county, Village or any other governmental body, or owned by any private person.
