§ 131.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, association, or corporation violating the provision of § 131.02 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750 for each offense. ('73 Code, § 22-3)
   (B)   Any person, firm, association, or corporation violating the provisions of § 131.04 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $750 for each offense. Each day the violation shall continue shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. ('73 Code, § 22-27) (Ord. 74-1101, passed 8-15-74)
   (C)   (1)   The following penalties may be imposed upon any person convicted of a violation of § 131.16:
         (a)   A fine not in excess of $750; or,
         (b)   A period of conditional discharge not to exceed one year.
            1.   The conditions of conditional discharge shall include that the defendant:
               a.   Not violate any criminal statute or quasi-criminal ordinance of any municipality.
               b. Report to and appear in person before the person or agency, as directed by the court.
            2.   The conditions of conditional discharge may, in addition, require that the defendant:
               a. Pay a fine not in excess of $750.
               b. Work or pursue a course of study or vocational training.
               c. Undergo medical or psychiatric treatment for drug addiction or alcoholism.
               d. Make restitution or reparation in an amount not to exceed the actual loss or damage to property and pecuniary loss.
      (2)   The parent or legal guardian of an unemancipated minor defendant who resides with that parent or legal guardian shall be liable for any fine or requirement of restitution or reparation imposed by a court upon the minor defendant for violation of § 131.16.    (D)   Upon a conviction for the violation of § 131.45, there shall be imposed a fine of not less than $200 nor more than $750. Additionally, a mandatory requirement shall be imposed by any court finding a person guilty of violating the provisions of that section as a condition to any probation or supervision that fully and complete restitution be made to the owner of the property for expenses incurred in the removal of the material and repair of the structure or wall.    (E)   Any person, firm, association or corporation violating the provisions of § 131.46 shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $750.
   (F)   Any person, firm, association or corporation who violates any provision of this code for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $750. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day a violation occurs or continues.
