§ 131.01 BARBED WIRE; ELECTRIC CURRENT FENCES.
   (A)   Except as set forth herein, it shall be unlawful to maintain or construct any fence composed in whole or in part of barbed wire or any similar material designed to cause injury to a person, or any wire charged with an electrical current.
   (B)   However, in order to protect industrial real estate:
      (1)   A maximum of 15 inches of barbed wire may be installed above a fence constructed six feet above grade, provided such barbed wire is extended inward toward the real property being protected; and/or
      (2)   An electrically charged fence may be erected, provided it is sign-posted to warn persons who may touch same of the danger of doing so.
