§ 123.32 FORGERY, ALTERATION OR MUTILATION OF, OR TAMPERING WITH OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to forge, fake, alter, misrepresent, mutilate or tamper with any application, license, chauffeurs' ID card, public passenger vehicle authorization, certificate or any other document issued by the Village or a third party pursuant to this chapter.
