§ 123.12 SAFETY INSPECTION STATIONS.
   (A)   The Village Board shall designate an individual or entity duly qualified to conduct the inspections required by this chapter as the official safety inspection station.
   (B)   The safety inspection station shall carry out the inspection called for in this chapter upon request from a licensee or the Administrator.
   (C)   The Administrator may conduct spot checks of the safety inspection station to ensure compliance with inspection procedure(s) and requirement(s). The Administrator will also investigate any allegation of misconduct by the inspection station or its employees. If the inspection station or its employees are not complying with the requirements of this chapter, the President and Board of Trustees may suspend or revoke the designation of the inspection station as an authorized safety inspection station for the purpose of this chapter.
