(A) Every taxicab licensed and authorized in the Village shall bear on both sides of the vehicle in a color contrasting to that of the vehicle itself the name and telephone number of the company which it serves. The lettering shall be a minimum of 3" in height and ¼" brush stroke.
(B) The identification number assigned to the taxicab by the licensee shall be:
(1) Affixed to the exterior of the vehicle on each front fender and trunk, having letters a minimum of 3" in height and ¼" brush stroke; and
(2) Prominently displayed in the interior of the taxicab.
(C) Every licensee shall paint or label its taxicabs so that they are substantially different in appearance from those of other licensees.
