(A) A public passenger vehicle authorization issued by the Village shall be an adhesive sticker which shall contain the official authorization number of the public passenger vehicle.
(B) Public passenger vehicle authorization stickers shall be of a distinctly different color and/or design every year. Public passenger vehicle authorization must be affixed to the lower right portion of the windshield of the vehicle for which the authorization has been issued.
(C) A public passenger vehicle authorization sticker is valid for one year, from November 1 to October 31 of the following year, and only for the vehicle for which it has been issued.
