§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   Violation of any section of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor. Each day that a violation occurs shall be considered a separate offense. The city may enforce any provision of this chapter by mandamus, injunction, or any other appropriate civil remedy in any court of competent jurisdiction.
