§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who violates §§ 93.01 to 93.05 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine, imprisonment, or both.
   (C)   Any person who violates any condition of a special event permit or any provision of §§ 93.20 to 93.22 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable as prescribed by state law. Enforcement of §§ 93.20 to 93.22 may, at the Council’s discretion, take any of the following forms:
      (1)   Citation/criminal prosecution;
      (2)   Injunctions, declaratory judgments, or other civil remedies;
      (3)   Permit revocation; or
      (4)   Disbursement of persons gathered.
