1-5-2: Ward Number And Boundaries

1-5-1: MAP OF CITY DESIGNATED AS OFFICIAL MAP:

The map of the city showing its territorial limits is hereby designated as the official map of the city, and the corporate limits as shown thereon are declared to be the true and correct corporate limits of the city, including all annexations. (1989 Code § 1-201; amd. 2002 Code)

1-5-2: WARD NUMBER AND BOUNDARIES:

The city shall be divided into four (4) wards as follows:

   A.   Ward One: All of that portion of the city limits located south of Kready Street and east of Fourth Street, the center line of Kready Street and the center line of Fourth Street;

   B.   Ward Two: All of that portion of the city limits located north of the center line of Kready Street and east of the center line of Fourth Street;

   C.   Ward Three: All of the portion of city located west of the center line of Fourth and north of the center line of Kready Street; and

   D.   Ward Four: All of that area located south of the center line of Kready Street and west of the center line of Fourth Street. (1989 Code § 1-102)
