7-6-8: COMPUTATION OF WASTEWATER SERVICE CHARGES:
The wastewater charge per user will be computed by the following formula:
WWC = D + Mww + (V-6,000) (Rww) + S + F
Where:

WWC
=
Amount of wastewater service charge in dollars per billing period.
D
=
Wastewater debt service charge in dollars per billing period.
Mww
=
Minimum wastewater charge for 6,000 gallons or less per billing period (section 7-6-5 of this chapter).
V
=
Wastewater volume in gallons per billing period to the lowest increment of 1,000 gallons. This volume is the users average volume when water is used to prevent freezing (section 7-6-5 of this chapter, schedule 3). For wastewater volume less that 6,000 gallons, this part of the formula is zero.
Rww
=
Wastewater service charge rate in dollars per 1,000 gallons (section 7-6-5 of this chapter, schedule 1).
S
=
Amount of wastewater surcharge in dollars per billing period as computed in section 7-6-7 of this chapter.
F
=
Billing for running water to prevent freezing in dollars, per billing period as computed in section 7-6-5 of this chapter, schedule 3.
