4-2-15: OWNER OCCUPIED DWELLINGS:
The requirements of sections 4-2-6, 4-2-7, 4-2-8, and 4-2-9 of this chapter shall apply to all dwellings within the city including owner occupied dwellings. (Ord. 1546, 1-23-1996)
