The area of special flood hazard identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency Flood Insurance Study entitled “Flood Insurance Study for Allegan County, All Jurisdictions” dated June 21, 2023, with accompanying flood insurance rate, is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter. The flood insurance study is on file at the office of the City Clerk.
