Fees for the permits as authorized under the Act shall be as provided for in the Act or those documents and as periodically authorized by resolution of the City Council; provided, however, that for installations of utility poles designed to support small cell wireless facilities or co-locations of small cell wireless facilities installed and operational in the ROW before the effective date of the Act, the fees, rates, and terms of an agreement or ordinance for use of the ROW remain in effect subject to the termination provisions contained in the agreement or ordinance.
