§ 32.23 QUALIFICATIONS.
   All members of the Housing Commission shall be electors of the city.

§ 32.24 MEETINGS; RULES AND PROCEDURES.
   (A)   The Housing Commission shall meet as often as necessary for the transaction of business, but not less than once each month.
   (B)   The members of the Commission shall elect a chairman and establish rules and procedures necessary for the conduct of business.
   (C)   Four members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum. The affirmative vote of a majority of the Commissioners present, and not less than three Commissioners shall be necessary for any action by the Commission.

§ 32.25 FUNCTIONS.
   The Housing Commission shall carry on all necessary business pursuant to the Housing Authorities Law, being Cal. Health & Safety Code §§ 34200 et seq., as amended.

§ 32.26 POWERS.
   The Housing Commissioners are vested with all rights, powers, duties, privileges and immunities vested in them pursuant to the Housing Authorities Law, except as otherwise provided in Cal. Health & Safety Code §§ 34290 through 34293 thereof.

RECREATION COMMISSION
§ 32.45 CREATED; MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   A Recreation Commission is created for the city. The Commission will consist of seven voting members appointed in conformance with this code.

§ 32.46 QUALIFICATIONS; TERMS OF MEMBERS.
   (A)   There shall be five members of the Commission that are 18 years of age and older that serve terms of three years, or until a successor has been duly qualified and appointed.
   (B)   There shall be two youth members of the Commission between the ages of 14 and 17 at the time of appointment that serve for terms of one year, or until a successor has been duly qualified and appointed.
   (C)   Members appointed to fill vacancies arising during a term shall serve only for the remainder of the term of the member they replace.
