§ 31.25 OFFICE ESTABLISHED; DUTIES.

There shall be established the office of Director of Finance and Administrative Services. The Director of Finance and Administrative Services shall be the chief accounting officer of the city and shall consolidate all accounting matters of the city in this office, as an entirely separate and distinct entity from all other departments.
