All officers and employees of the Redevelopment Agency of the city are hereby selected and appointed to the same corresponding positions within the Community Development Commission. All agreements and contractual arrangements heretofore entered into by both the redevelopment agency and the City Housing Authority are hereby adopted and ratified on behalf of the Community Development Agency.
