Pursuant to Cal. Health and Safety Code § 33342.7, a description of the Community Development Commission's program to acquire real property by eminent domain is set forth in Exhibit A, attached to Ordinance No. 982, and incorporated as though fully set forth herein. Such program may be amended only by amending the applicable redevelopment plan(s) pursuant to the procedures set forth in Article 12 (commencing with Cal. Health and Safety Code § 33450) of the California Community Redevelopment Law.
