§ 35.124 NOTICE OF CHANGES TO SUBCHAPTER.
   If a tax under this subchapter is added, repealed, increased, reduced, or the tax base is changed, the Tax Administrator shall follow the notice requirements of Cal. Public Utilities Code § 799.
