§ 110.59 LATE PAYMENT OF FEES.
   For failure to pay a fee when due, a penalty of 10% of such fee shall be added on the last day of each month after the due date thereof; provided, the amount of the penalty to be added shall in no event exceed 50% of the amount of the fee due.
