§ 111.02 WHEN PERMITTED.
   The playing, maintaining or operating of a bingo game as defined by Cal. Penal Code § 326.5(o) shall be permitted if played, maintained or operated in accordance with all provisions of Cal. Penal Code § 326.5 and of this chapter.
