§ 150.005 DUST CONTROL DURING CONSTRUCTION. 
   (A)   A person shall not discharge from any source whatsoever or cause to exist, during the course of any building work regulated by the Building Code, such quantities of dust, air contaminants or other materials which cause injury, detriment, nuisance or annoyance to any considerable number of persons or to the public, or which endanger the comfort, repose, health, or safety of any such persons or the public, or which cause or have a natural tendency to cause injury or damage to business or property.
   (B)   In addition to such other enforcement methods as may be provided by law, the Building Official may enforce the provisions of this section by the following methods:
      (1)   By the issuance of a stop order pursuant to the provisions of § 202(e) of the Building Code; and
      (2)   By withholding inspection of any work submitted to him as being ready for inspection until such time as the conditions violating this section have been remedied in a manner satisfactory to the Building Official.
