§ 150.102 EXEMPTIONS.
   The following are exempted from these provisions:
   (A)   Owner-occupied dwellings.
   (B)   Mobile home parks which have been issued a certificate of exemption.
   (C)   Reconnection of utilities turned off by the utility for lack of payment.
