§ 152.36 FINDINGS PRIOR TO MAKING LAND USE DECISION.
   The findings specified in this section shall be made in writing prior to making a land use decision which will allow the siting of a hazardous waste facility project:
   (A)   The project is consistent with the general plan.
   (B)   The project is not detrimental to the health, safety, or general welfare of the community.
   (C)   The project site is or shall be served adequately by roads and other public or private service facilities.
   (D)   The project has met or exceeded each requirement of this chapter.
   (E)   The environmental impacts identified in the environmental impact report or proposed negative declaration have been adequately mitigated, and that a mitigation monitoring program has been established for each mitigation measure.
