§ 155.331 PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.
   Property development standards in excess of the minimum standards set forth in this chapter may be imposed as conditions of approval where it is determined that they are necessary or desirable to insure compliance with the purposes and intent of the Planned Development Zone District. Similarly development standards less than the minimum standards set forth in this chapter may be permitted where it is determined that the resulting development will be in compliance with the purposes and intent of this zone district. A report on the proposed standards of development including tabulations of population density, off-street parking provisions and other elements of the proposed development may be required by the Director of Planning to be submitted along with the conditional use permit application in order to facilitate proper consideration of the case.
