§ 155.395 ABANDONMENT OF NONCONFORMING USE.
   (A)   Where a nonconforming use of a building or structure has ceased, either temporarily or permanently, for a period of 12 months or more, said building or structure shall not be permitted to revert to a nonconforming use. Said nonconforming use shall be deemed to be abandoned, whether or not such abandonment was intended.

   (B)   Where a nonconforming use of land involving only minor structures such as fences and buildings of less than 400 square feet in area has ceased, either temporarily or permanently, for a period of six months or more, the use shall not be permitted to revert to a nonconforming use. Said nonconforming use shall be deemed to be abandoned, whether or not such abandonment was intended.
