§ 155.453 POPULATION DENSITY; MEASUREMENT AND PROHIBITIONS.
   (A)   Population density is regulated by limiting the number of dwelling units on a lot in such a manner that each dwelling unit has not less than the required minimum area for the zone in which it is located. Population density shall be measured by determining the lot area in the manner specified in this subchapter and dividing this lot area by the number of dwelling units on said lot.

   (B)   No dwelling unit shall be erected or located on a lot if such dwelling unit would result in said lot having less than the required minimum lot area for each dwelling unit, as set forth in the zone in which said lot is located.
