(A) A wireless telecommunications facility is considered abandoned and shall be promptly removed as provided herein if it ceases to provide wireless telecommunications services for 90 or more consecutive days unless the permittee has obtained prior written approval from the city which shall not be unreasonably denied.
(B) The operator of a facility shall notify the city of its intent to abandon or cease use of a permitted site or a nonconforming site (including unpermitted sites) 60 days prior to the final day of use. Said notification shall be in writing, shall specify the date of termination and shall include reference to the applicable permit number.
