A. Billposting: It shall be unlawful for any person to post or in any manner attach any bill or bills, advertisements, paper, sign or written or printed matter, pictures or posters of any kind whatsoever upon any utility pole or other structure of any kind in any of the public streets or alleys of the city or, without the consent of the owner, to post or attach any such bill or bills, advertisements, paper, sign or written or printed matter, pictures or posters of any kind whatsoever upon any building or structure of any kind within the limits of the city. B. Riding Bicycles Or Skateboards Or Roller Skating On Sidewalks: It shall be unlawful for any person to ride any bicycles or skateboards or to roller skate on any sidewalk in the city.
C. Camping: On and after the effective date hereof, it shall be unlawful for any person to camp in or upon any of the streets of the city.
D. Violation; Penalty: Any person found guilty of a violation of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than one dollar ($1.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00). (1988 Code § 7-1-5)
