A. Authority To Designate; Signs Posted: The city council shall have the right to establish bus stops and taxicab stands on such public streets in such places as it shall determine to be of the greatest benefit and convenience to the public, and the same shall be adequately designated with appropriate signs. B. Parking Restrictions: It shall be unlawful for the operator or driver of any vehicle other than a bus or taxicab to stand or park in an officially designated bus stop or taxicab stand; except, that the operator or driver of any vehicle may stop momentarily for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading of passengers.
