§ 32.004 AUTHORITY FOR POLICIES.
   (A)   The policies and procedures of the county are established by the Board of County Commissioners.
   (B)   The county may alter, amend or supplement these policies at any time. Any amendments or changes thereto must be approved by the Board of County Commissioners.
   (C)   Only the Board of County Commissioners can enter into contracts, agreements or promises of any kind relative to employment with the county.
