§ 33.118 FEES FOR RECORDER, SHERIFF AND SURVEYORS.
   The Recorder, Sheriff and surveyors shall adopt, amend, publish and post fees according to state statute. Fees adopted by the Recorder, Sheriff and surveyors and fees authorized for adoption shall be included in the tentative budget and posted in accordance with § 33.117 within.
