§ 150.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Notwithstanding any other sections of the uniform codes to the contrary and in addition to each such code, the county shall adopt as a penalty provisions the following.
      (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to erect, construct, enlarge, remove, move, improve, convert, demolish, equip, occupy, use or maintain any building or structure in the county or cause the same to be done contrary to or in violation of any of the provisions of § 150.001 of this chapter.
      (2)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 150.001 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and each said person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day that the violation of § 150.001 of this chapter is continued, is committed or permitted to be continued.
