Those certain provisions establishing rules and regulations and control of design, construction, quality of materials, use and regulated, location and maintenance of buildings, structure, regulated by the International Conference of Building Officials, and the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials in those codes more particularly described in the 2000 International Codes for Residential, Plumbing, Mechanical, Fuel Gas and Fire; International Building Code with reference to the 1997 Uniform Building Code and the 1999 National Electric Code; all amendments and addendums made to these codes as adopted by the International Conference of Building Officials. Adoption of these codes as the building standards of the county and by this reference made a part of this section to the same extent and effect as though said code were copied herein in full.
