§ 111.048 STORAGE PROHIBITED ON LICENSED PREMISES.

It shall be unlawful for any person to store any “liquor” in or on places of business licensed by this chapter. It shall be unlawful for any licensee or any operator or employee of a licensee while acting in said capacity, to hold, store or possess “liquor” on premises licensed by this chapter.
