(A) Any person violating this chapter or any provision contained herein is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished, upon conviction thereof, by a fine in the sum not to exceed $299 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
(B) Any person who violates the provisions of § 111.049 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a forfeiture of not less than $50, nor more than $1,000, plus court costs.
