§ 111.044 UNLAWFUL TO PERMIT INTOXICATED PERSON ON LICENSED PREMISES.

It shall be unlawful for any person licensed to sell beer or any of his or her agents or employees to allow an intoxicated person to remain in or about any licensed premises.
