It shall be unlawful for any dealer, brewer or wholesaler to either directly or indirectly supply, give or pay for any furniture, furnishings or fixtures of a retailer, and it shall be unlawful for any wholesaler, dealer or brewer to advance funds, money or pay for any license of a retailer or to be financially interested either directly or indirectly in the conduct or operation of the business of any retailer.
