§ 111.018 UNLAWFUL TO ALLOW CONSUMPTION WITHOUT LICENSE.
   It shall be unlawful for any owner, operator, manager or lessee or any agent, partner, associate or employee of such owner, operator, manager or lessee of any place of business, to knowingly permit or allow customers, guests or any other person to consume liquor at a place of business without first obtaining a liquor consumption license under this chapter.
