§ 91.010 DEFECATING OF ANIMAL PROHIBITED.

   The owner of person charged with responsibility for an animal shall prevent or control the animal from defecating on any public sidewalk, park or other area, or on any public or private property without consent of the property owner, unless the owner or custodian of the animal removes and properly disposes of all animal waste that may result.

§ 91.011 APPEALS.

   An impoundment, a notice of violation, a citation, or administrative process decision issued in accordance with this chapter may be appealed to the Administrative Law Judge in accordance with Chapter 11 of this code.

§ 91.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 91.001 though 91.010 shall be deemed guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
