§ 34.061 EMERGENCY EXEMPTION.

(A) Exemptions from competitive bid requirements may include the following: sole source providers; service contracts with professionals or specialists; emergency purchases.

(B) The Purchasing Agent shall sufficiently document the reason for not competitively bidding the procurement and have it approved by the County Board of Commissioners.
