§ 34.009 PARTICIPATION IN STATE PROCUREMENT UNIT AGREEMENT, CONTRACTS.
   Pursuant to UCA § 63G-6a-2105, the county may make purchases from or participate in state public procurement unit agreements and contracts, pursuant to the terms of said agreements and contracts without soliciting additional procurement options.
