§ 32.216 PERFORMANCE DOCUMENTATION.

It is the responsibility of the immediate supervisor or department head/elected official to properly and in a timely manner document noteworthy or critical incidents of employee behavior. Such records may be used to support decisions which affect employee status related to job advancement, rewards, discipline and discharge.
