§ 32.021 ANTI-DISCRIMINATION.
   In accordance with federal law and the state’s Antidiscrimination Act, UCA § 34A-5-101, et seq. (1953, as amended), it is the policy of the county to provide equal opportunity by ensuring that all personnel actions, including hire, tenure or term, and condition or privilege of employment be based on the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned to a particular position without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation or gender identity as that term is defined by UCA § 34-A-5-102(o) (or as subsequently amended), pregnancy, child-birth, pregnancy-related conditions or disability and with proper regard for their privacy as citizens and constitutional rights.
