It is the policy of the county to comply with the guidance set forth in Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Pub. Law No. 88-352); the Civil Rights of 1991 (Pub. Law No. 102-166); § 501 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Pub. Law No. 93-112); the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990; and any other state or federal statute, law or regulation that is related to fair employment practices.
