A. Notice Of Violation: Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter, except section 8-2-6 of this chapter, shall be served by the village with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.
B. Revocation Of Permit: The village may revoke any permit for sewage disposal as a result of any violation of any provision of this chapter. (Ord. 318, 2-20-1995)
C. Misdemeanor Violation: Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided in subsection A of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for said violation, and each day that such a violation exists or continues shall be deemed a distinct and separate offense. D. Liability For Violations: Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the village by reasons of such violation. (Ord. 318, 2-20-1995)
