8-2-6: DAMAGE TO, TAMPERING WITH SYSTEM:

No unauthorized person shall maliciously, wilfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment which is a part of the sewage works. Any person violating this section shall be subject to immediate arrest under charge of disorderly conduct. (Ord. 318, 2-20-1995)
