A. No person shall sell, give away or consume alcoholic beverages at any time within the village parks, nor shall any person be under the influence of intoxicating liquors while in the parks.
B. No person shall bring within, have in his possession or transport, carry or have any alcoholic beverage in, upon or about any motor vehicle in the village parks, except in the original package and with the seal unbroken. (1982 Code § 9-4-1; amd. 2016 Code)
