7-2-1: PERMIT REQUIRED:

No person shall move any buildings over one hundred (100) square feet (or greater than 18 feet wide on the forward motion side) on, through or over any street, alley, sidewalk or other public place in the village without having obtained a permit therefor from the village board. (1982 Code § 9-3-1; amd. 2016 Code)
